Annual Review Feedback 2013 - 2014
JFK have made Person Centred Planning the primary focus of our annual review process.
This requires increased parental participation and presence in the way the school set targets and report on progress.
Parental feedback from the current cycle of Annual review meetings show that 80% of parents were pleased with the outcome of the review.
In addition to this there has been an extremely positive feedback from parents following the autumn term consultation with class teachers.
"Really good , thank you - Student X partcipated - loved the photos and we had an excellent discussion"
"I really admire what the staff are doing here at the school."
"It was a very positive review. I am pleased to see that Student X's potential can be seen and hope her progress continues."
"Learnt a lot about student X all positive. Meeting went really well. I am very happy with all the information I was given from the friendly staff at JFK. I would recommend this school as one of the best in Newham."

Following concerns raised in the feedback questionnaires the school has organised with social services termly
parent drop-in sessions to discuss the students transition to adult disability services.
A communication team has also been set up in response to the parents request for more information regarding the input of outside agencies such as Speech and Language therapy services.
